The Friday Humanitarian Scan #5

Another Friday, and new reading materials brought to you by The Friday Humanitarian Scan. This week, we have a larger library and reading list; in addition to CaLP, ReliefWeb, UN News, and ICRC Law & Policy, there are new resources such as D+C (Development and Cooperation), Council on Foreign Relations and Devex. I still have challenges with SocialProtection.org due to their protection from web scrapers (I do not blame them, I use the same protection for my website – but it is a struggle). I will continue with my experimentation to increase the number of quality resources. Happy reading!
